The NEW Farmhouse Studio | Seattle Newborn Photographer

If we only get this ONE life to live why not grab it by the horns and LIVE it?!?!?!  Our family recently did just that and decided it was time to take a chance and do something new! Last September we packed up everything and said goodbye to our beloved cozy little Craftsman bungalow in Seattle and moved 20 miles east to our new slice of heaven in Hobart, Wa. (right between Issaquah and Maple Valley).  Just 40 minutes from Seattle, our new normal consists of waking up to the local herd of elk grazing in our front pasture and feeding our horse (soon to be horsES, goats and possibly chickens!)

After a LONGGGGG couple of months of commuting back and forth to my city newborn photography studio, I’m beyond thrilled to announce that the BRAND NEW Farmhouse studio is finally done! To say that it is a dream come true is an understatement.

I 100% understand how simply leaving your house with your newborn baby in those first weeks can be overwhelming, but once you arrive and gaze out at the 5+ acres of rolling green hills, you’ll feel completely at ease, and finally be able to exhale 🙂 I can’t wait to share this new space with each and every one of you! It’s really something special!

Seems like YESTERDAY we were climbing the mountains above Seattle for this family’s mountain sunset maternity session… Miss Scarlett was unbelievable for her newborn session! Lucky little lady to be born into one of the most adventurous families I know! I can only imagine the adventures her and her big brother will have.

Having the opportunity to photograph a brand new precious newborn is an absolute HONOR. Having the opportunity to photograph every child in the same family leaves me speechless. I’m not sure how time marches along so quickly, but here I am watching another one of “my” newborns become a big sister and welcome her baby brother into her growing Seattle family.
