Q: Do you have backup equipment?
A: Absolutely. We carry duplicate camera bodies, lenses, flash units, and of course, batteries. We back up files throughout the event, so we always have multiple copies of images files at any given time. If you find a photographer that doesn't do this, be very afraid.

Q: You don't seem to offer images with "fixed" colors, odd angles, and edges with vignettes. Why is this?
A: In keeping with true photojournalistic style, we don't offer manipulated "Photoshopped" images like this—it's simply not our style. Have you ever seen photos like that in a newspaper? Our goal is to deliver a high-quality photo story of your day, not overly-manipulated images.

Q: How long does it generally take to get all of my stuff?
A: We usually are able to get all of the images edited and into your online gallery within a week of your wedding. The albums take about 4-6 weeks. Once they are produced, we ship them directly to your home.
